I just want to reduce my 7GB to 4 GB so why can't ee just do that for but they will put it higher if you ask them t. surely they can reduce it again without a new sim

So how do I do that then please I just need help to sort it out who do I need to speak to as I seem to be going round in circles. I want to go from 7 GB to 3 or 4 GB

@BA52   Are you upgrading?     You can have any allowance you want if your upgrading.  If you want to reduce your cost by reducing your data allowance that’s not possible as your contract that you agreed to is for the minimum term.     Yes you can increase your allowance while in contact as you’ll have to pay more to have more but you can not reduce your cost because your contract is for the agreed fee per month.
