Changed to a new contract with agreed price but still being charged old contract

Hi my contract came to an end on. 10th July on the 19th my new broadband contract began .

The old contract was £32 a month. 
The new £24 a month

on the 19th I was charged £32

How do I resolve this via email I cannot afford 25p a min.

Welcome to the community.

 

Calls cost 25p in total from a pay as you go phone, they're not charged per minute.

 

Alternatively, you can use the number provided by @pip11.
