Can I just add that I'm in exactly the same situation (don't mean to hijack another thread). Ordered a PAYG sim from the EE website. It arrived today but my phone is telling me that the sim is not provisioned.

Welcome to the community.

 

It can take up to 24 hours to activate. Could you restart your device this morning and let us know if it's working?

Again, I don't want to hijack someone else's thread, so I'll move this to a
new thread, eventually.

That being said, the SIM still hasn't been provisioned according to my
phone.

I would suggest giving our Pay as you go Care team a call, they can get this looked into for you.
