Hi, I've been having the same problem as above, online method or text does not work, I get the same message
''This normally works...
Text INFO to 85075 to get your switching information by text.
Or try again here later''
Then after I receive a text saying
''Hi from EE. Sorry , due to your account status for xxxxxxxxxxxx we are not able to process your request. Please log into ee.co.uk/myee or call 150 to request your switching information, PAC or STAC. Find out more at ee.co.uk/leavingus Thanks''
I get the same massage via text when i text text PAC to 65075.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
