Exact same! i ordered a new 100gb contract and i only got 50gb!

When did you order the 100GB SIM Only plan?

Thanks for coming back to me.

I placed the order on Wednesday (9-June-20) 

 

The “About your order” email from EE (on 9/6/20) confirms “Essential Plan, 100GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited text messages, 24 month plan”

However the “Confirmation: Your order’s on it’s way” email says:

Plan name: SIM Plan 50GB £20 24m

Description: Your SIM plan gives you 50GB of data, unlimited texts and unlimited call to UK....”

 

I’m an existing EE customer, so I do have a My EE account, however this new SIM doesn’t yet show.

 

Your support in obtaining clarification would be appreciated - plus this needs resolving for all other customers so this can’t happen again. Something’s clearly wrong here.

This is still unresolved. Nobody has called me. Sim has arrived but I won’t open it until I have this sorted...

 

Trading standards will have to be my escalation if unresolved by next week as the service delivered is only half the service I was sold and have signed up for.

Has your issue been resolved Juhayer?

 

I’m still waiting to hear from EE. It’s a ridiculous situation - I ordered a 100Gb plan from EE’s website and then find out its only a 50Gb plan... It makes no sense!

 

Trading standards will love this if this remains unresolved. Makes you wonder how many other customer are also facing the same problem, given the 100Gb SIM offer until end of June is quite high profile on EE’s website.

Hi I have the same issue, upgraded to 100GB plan, but my data allowance only says 50GB available, please help.

Welcome to the community.

 

Can you see any data add-ons in your My EE Account that take the total up to 100GB?

 

How did you complete your upgrade?
