Since last night have you received any update regarding your delivery?

 

What phone did you order? please also provide colour and memory size. 

 

When did you process this?

I too have the same issue after ordering a Galaxy Watch, I received an order number after placing my order wednesday 15th around 5.30pm, but have received no further information since then.

My upfront payment was processed.

 

The EE website says the call centres are closed (opening at 11.02am, closes at 11.02am) but if I actually ring 150 I'm told there's a wait of over an hour. Now I don't mind holding as I appreciate everyone is doing the best they can given the circumstances, but the information given between the website and the automated system seems to conflict somewhat.

If there was some contact of any kind, even just a basic email informing me of a delay and to "bear with us, we'll get it to you as soon as we can" that would suffice.

 

I do hope though that everyone is as well as can be

Hi @Katie_B  I ordered Samsung galaxy s20 cosmic Gray on the 11th April. I booed delivery date for Tuesday just passed and I haven't heard anything since my 'thanks for your order' email, I understand it is difficult due to covid 19 but if I'm paying this much for a phone it would.be nice to atleast get an update

Hello, yes the payment came out and it's a new phone, I was pay as you go with an old phone
