Re: No order delivery date

Ordered a phone couple of days ago was ment to arrive yesterday the delivery company didn't attempt to deliver it as they said there sending it back to ee. 

Eberytime I try and call 150 like its been said on email it doesn't go through and now I don't know what's happening and why it's been sent back

Yes I've tried but I'm new to ee and everytime I try I have to put my ee phone number in which I obviously don't have because it hasn't turned up.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do

Could you try the number to call from another provider, @Elizabethrose?

 

It shouldn't ask for a number. If it's a pay monthly phone you're waiting for, you could try the live chat service on that get in touch page too.
