I managed to claim. Had a tracking link for UPS.

 

Then had a text to say its been delivered.... no idea to where as I haven't got it. Been in all day as wfh and I have a nest hello... so definitely not had any deliveries.

 

Hope  you have better luck.

I have reported it to btshop. 

 

Have just asked for update to be told they are still waiting on ups for details. They requested this info on the 18th. How long should I be expected to wait?

 

I know ups didn't come anywhere new my house.

I asked them to escalate. Got a reply

Please be assured that I have escalated to the Account Manager at UPS and will advise as soon as I can.
 
Best wishes"
 
I replied again saying I wanted to escalate within BT not UPS... as i ordered something on the 12th, was told it was delivered on the 15th. I have not received it. Was then told it would take upto 5 days for UPS to confirm their delivery method..
 
Feels like they only reply once a day 🙂
