Re: How do I view a list of phone numbers I've called?

WonderWoman

I need to locate calls I made last year for evidential purposes but I have changed my phone since (but remained with EE).

Looking at my Bill, I only see the charges from EE but no calls listed!

How can I get records of calls I have previously made ?

@elizabeth2nd10 : The short answer is she can't as an ordinary individual. However if it is a legal matter then there are ways for the Police, the Courts or her legal team to obtain them from EE.

You could also issue EE with a Subject Access Request (SAR) - see How can I request my personal data . This should include all outgoing calls made.

Hi @WonderWoman,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Did you pay for itemised billing? If not, you only be able to see calls that were charged outside of your plan.

James

So how does she get hold of old numbers dialled???

Hi there @elizabeth2nd10

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you pay for itemisation on your bills?

You can see calls you've made in your phone's call log.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Leanne - can you PLEASE read the queries properly before replying.  The question being asked is how can I find details phone numbers from THE PAST.  Not how can I see phone numbers from now on if I choose to pay EE more money.

Hi @elizabeth2nd10

If you don't have itemised billing set up and the calls are no longer in the phone's call log, I'm sorry this would not be possible.

Leanne.

Quite - and if you had read the thread properly you would see that this was the information being asked for at the outset.

Hi @elizabeth2nd10 ,

I think the confusion comes from the fact that three different people are using one thread to ask variations on the same question three times. There was also a bait-and-switch in the question:

"So how does she get hold of old numbers dialled???"

"The question being asked is how can I find details phone numbers from THE PAST."
