Hi Did you manage to get to the bottom of this i have exactly the same problem

and EE sent me out a new router   it works on the main router but not on any of the wifi extended routers all old EE boxes  nothing changed just stoped working 3 months ago and works everynow and then when it feels like it

@westsidestudio : Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your eMail client, obscuring your name?
