Hi,
Out of interest, what normally triggers this email? I have upgraded tonight and received the same one. I'll phone tomorrow of course but I'm just interested in what they will want!

EE probably just want to confirm something with the upgrade, hopefully won't take too long and they can then process your upgrade.
