Hello,
I have this same issue. I have an S20 Ultra and it says that on certain plans there's no early upgrade fee. I selected the £75pm deal on the Fold3 which crossed out the early upgrade fee. As soon as I get to the checkout, the fee is still there.
I have the screenshot for this. How come it still shows? If people are saying ee aren't honouring this, why show it in the first place?
