EXEE

I am an Ex EE customer and have asked foir my EE phone to be unlocked. I am also on 25 days and multiple calls and no one seems able to help.

Does anyone know how I can get an unlock code.

Leanne,

I have waited 25 Days and have still not received an Unlock code for a Samsung S7 Edge phone. I 3was with EE for many years and this was my pay monthly phone.

There does not appear to be any way at all to complain. Each time I call they just resubmit the request and then nothing.

Hi @EXEE,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you are the original owner of the phone, you can unlock your phone at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/device-unlock.

Hope this helps.

James

James,

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately I am no longer an EE customer so I do not have the option of signing in. I used the customer Services number and then option 5

Hi @EXEE

At this stage the best thing to do is contact our customer care team so they can look into this further with you.

Thanks

@EXEE : Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Was it originally on contract or PAYG? How old is it? EE won't unlock contract devices less than 6 months old.

That wasn't what I asked. Where not just which network?
