I am teaching from home shortly. College bought me an EE router, as I do not have the internet at home. Whilst teaching yesterday, I lost connection, and discovered I had used up all of the credit. I took the card to local top up shop and put £20, I tried to get on for meetings today without success. EE message keeps telling me I don't have credit...
Should I have registered the card?
I am currently tethering to my phone.

Hi @Jane5020
Thanks for coming to the community.
Is the credit showing on your account?
Have you visited add-on.ee.co.uk on a device connected to the WiFi router and purchased a data add-on?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

You don't get data from PAYG credit directly. You need to buy a pack or data add-on.
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
