Indeed, an EE network or company, its information is very complicated, and I regret it a lot. I subscribe to the EE network. There is a lot of information here, but it is of no use. This information does not solve any problem. I want to transfer my old phone number from the EE network to my new plan with EE, but I did not find form to fill out

EE service is annoying in its information, you didn't get what you were looking for, I use ee and subscribed to a new plan with ee contrack one year I subscribed and now I want to transfer my old number to my new plan and both are my phone numbers ee the problem I did not find a form to fill out

I want to keep my old phone number

I am the same company, ee, I did not move outside it, I just want to keep my old number, I transfer my plan to my old number, and they are both my old and new number EE

@ALSHAMARI : EE won't port nos between contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively "upgrade" your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.
