I use my phone it has been only a couple of days I cannot receive any calls I have tried evrything

@Zain14 : When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

I want to top it up but I cannot call 150 or any number to top it up with and voicemail asks for some pin setup
@XRaySpeX when I call 150 it straight away cuts off

Depends when you last used it for a chargeable action:
- Over 9 months: you can't.
- Over 6 months: by calling CS.
