Terrible customer services, no useful help whatsoever

I am sorry to hear this, have you spoken to our Mobile Care team on 150 and been advised this is the only option to remove the content lock on your account?

No I can only contact an automated service nobody answers me, and I always get told that is the only way to do it

If you call 150 and hold for one of the team they will certainly see what they can do to help.
The call will cost 25p if you call from a pay as you go account, or you can call us on 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.
