What a joke, imagine not being to disable your own lock without a credit card. I don't own one or plan on getting on. So now I have to wait on the phone for ages just to remove it. I'll just use a VPN, can't be bothered with this

This thread tells you how you can do it and you don't need a credit card for all the options. Have you tried to do any of the solutions?

I've tried them all here, and I they won't. I'll have to go back and speak to the support team on 150 again
