Yes I am trying to remove content lock but I don’t have a credit card and everywhere I look that is the only way I can see to do it

I have taken all the advice above and learned nothing, and your 150 team does not respond and will not help me 

The 150 number only works if you have a credit card which I don’t, and I can’t do it online as there is no option and I can’t go in store because they are all closed!
