Purchased a Pack but not showing even after sendung Pack10 to 150

I have £10 on my credit. Tried texting PACK10 to 150 but it still doesn't show on my app.

Balance is still £10.
I tried using my top up credit to have £10 pack but it doesn't show on my allowances. And I still have the £10 credit.
I sent Pack10 to 150. I also tried it on my EE website and on the app but doesn't work. I also restarted my phone and sent AL and balance a couple of times.

Yes. And I have texted PACK10 after that.
It says:
Thanks, you now have the £10 pack. It will start when you make a call, send a text or go online and £10 will come out of your credit. To top up now, go to ee.co.uk/myee or call 150
But my EE profile is still the same. I still have no calls, text, and date allowance. I still have £10 on my credit too.
