I’ll be without a WiFi connection for 2 weeks this month but still have to run my small business, so I purchased an unlimited data add-on yesterday for £25.
however, when I check my data usage it now says ‘! You do not have any data’
under allowance it says ‘null null left of null null’ acquired on 1st November, stacked.
is this just a quirk of the system or will I have no data this month.

Are you able to browse the web and use your internet based apps on mobile data?
What does it say on our add-on status checker?

Hi
in the add-ons it is showing the ‘unlimited data pass’ and when I turn off the WiFi data is working, so I guess all is fine.
