Hi my phone is say locked sim at the top left corner of my phone, I unfortunately can’t make any calls or text to sort this issue.
I have also tried to find where I can get my puk code from on EE but it isn’t showing me can you please advice me how to get it.
i have already gone to myEE but it doesn’t come up with manage your device or puk code.
Id be happier if you can call me instead

I’m going into myee but there not a manage your device or anything to do with puk code? How am I meant to sort this out.

I never said that. I said you may get responses to your Q thro' posts in this thread, not by anybody calling you.
