Ps5 order

I placed an order online on the 3rd December for the PS5 with additional controller to be added to my pay monthly plan. I received a confirmation email with a 12 digit order number but iv heard nothing since. When I try to track my order it says cant track order at the moment. Its been saying this for the last 3/4 days. I would just like to know the status and possible delivery date as it was in stock when ordered and also said guaranteed delivery by 15th December. Thanks

I have had the same.  I checked my bank and the £10 has been taken so hopefully should have the PS5 around the 15 Dec

If you received a successful order confirmation when you placed your order, we have received this

Orders placed on 19th November and 3rd of December are expected by December 15th. If, for any reason, your delivery will take longer than this we'll keep you informed by email.
