I used a courier to ship an iPhone I got with EE but it was lost and now i need to make an insurance claim. The company i used are a nightmare and are insisting that i provide an invoice to say that i purchased the phone and paid in full.
The phone was on contract so obviously i cannot provide this as its paid for monthly.
Is there a document that proves purchase of the phone that might help?
