@toby10ant   I had this issue and I got round it by signing out of my Apple account on all my devices then I signed back in on them.  It then only enabled the next day.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your suggestion 🙂

I have tried signing in and out last night on my devices and activating today and still finding the same issue. Did I need to leave it signed out overnight?

@toby10ant   No I just signed out and back in within 5mins.   It took a couple of attempts after to keep the toggle on but it did stay on.

Hi Chris, I still don’t have any luck with that. I tried turning off Visual Voicemail and reenabling by sending IPHONE VISUAL off to 150 and then IPHONE VISUAL to 150. In the EE app I noticed my account no longer had a device description, and a couple of hours later I got a notification on my iPad to enable WiFi calling. Wish EE had a formal process as lots of tricks seem to work in different ways. Thanks for your suggestions mate!

@toby10ant   When this first was available via EE I just enabled it no issues what’s so ever it just turned on it’s when you turn it off or get a new device you start to have issues turning it back on.  the problem I think is with Apple side of things as it’s has to link your phone number with your iCould account and your other devices on your iCloud account.    EE call this smart number but it’s actually an Apple feature that’s called iCloud calling.
