Problems with new phone

So have just bought a new phone. Need to transfer my number to my new phone. I’ve received my PAC code but says it’s wrong?
also when I bought this new contract/phone it was with insurance that included a screen protector and case. Both of which haven’t arrived.

If you call CS they can transfer your number via your PAC code. The screen protector normally takes 14 days to arrive.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
