Problem with add ons mobile data

Hey guys please help me solve my issue, there is system failure when I try to log in to MyEE app in my phone, I switched to website mode then successfully logged in, but I can't access the add ons section.

@ahsanshi  You can use THIS  from your device to purchase data. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
