- Got upgrade iPhone 12. It’s not Connecting to any Bluetooth accessories at all is anybody having the same problem

@Shaza007 Are you putting the other devices in to pair mode ?

Could you try resetting the network settings please?
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Follow prompts.
