PAC code not received from 65075

I am leaving EE and I have sent two texts to 65075 requesting my PAC number - it has not been received.
Does it make a difference that I have already activated my new SIM with GiffGaff and that I have also requested (today) for EE to unlock my phone?

I really want to take my number with me so I hope there is a solution!

I have also requested the code twice - and it has not been sent. Did you get it in the end? How?

@Sheppy25  Having a new sim doesn’t effect requesting a PAC by text.   The service is provided by Ofcom not EE so if your having issues with this then I suggest you call EE customer services to request your PAC code.   Your not the first to have issues with this service.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Great thank you 🙂 I wasn’t sure if I had done something wrong!

Do you have more than 1 no. on your EE a/c? If so, you can't request a PAC by text; you have to phone.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @Sheppy25

Has it come through yet? Could you restart your phone, if not?
