Hello, I was wondering if anyone has answer or can help me. I have a few business accounts through Instagram and Facebook set up with my old number. I currently have a new number and have had a new number for over 6-7 months. I went to log into my Instagram account but it’s sending a link to let me into the account to my old number I no longer have access too! Is there anyway of gaining back access to my old number or paying for my old number back onto a sim? Really need this number back!

@Laurhancockx   Unfortunately this isn’t not possible.  You’ll need to contact the app developers about how to gain access to your accounts from these services. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
