Mifi mobile 4g router

Just bought 1 of these and on a monthly contract.  Find it strange that the blue indicator lights across the bottom do not remain on when product in use.  The lights just come on briefly when first switched on but then go out.  Unit is working though...

Upgraded to better deal, now no signal

I’m on a sim only plan and just upgraded to a better deal. One I have no signal, two it says my sim is being posted but it’s only an upgrade and same number ? No need for a sim but I have no signal...help please, thanks in advance

No delivery date

Placed two online orders for new phones five days ago but have not had any details about delivery. Online tracker says it cannot display any information either and no live chat option?? Any ideas on what I can do??

Hi i have tried to text 65075 and it tells me i will be charged even though FAQ on her says i won't be i have unlimited texts and calls on 4GB plan. i really don't want to phone 150 and listen to the usual sales pitch.
