No delivery date

Placed two online orders for new phones five days ago but have not had any details about delivery. Online tracker says it cannot display any information either and no live chat option?? Any ideas on what I can do??

@Arfa1   You’ll be best off calling customer services as you will have to wait till an agent is free to live chat.  They are extremely busy with calls so it’s best and quicker just to join the queue and wait until they can get to you.  Just don’t hang up. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Phoned +448000790531 and found out that my order was lost in the system, order placed on backlog but may take up to 21 days to complete. Although the EE rep was very helpful and has got the issue resolved it seems that many other customers are having similar issues.
