Hi, I really need itemised bills from the previous 2 months but haven't been paying for itemised billing. Is there any way to get previous itemised bills. This is a very important and sensitive matter.

@coopersheen : Itemised Billing cannot be retrospective. But why do you need an itemised bill? Your ordinary bill will show all your charges.

I don’t know if I have the right meaning:
I need to see all calls made from my phone over the last couple of months, I thought this was through itemised bills

You mean including calls that you weren't charged for? Yes, that's what itemised billing is for but you can't get it for the past.

Dunno what you are looking for. You've had your answer. You need to be paying for itemised billing at the time you want to see these bills for not afterwards.

Your other possible course of action is to pursue the Subject Access Request process - there are details on this EE help page
You've been correctly advised regarding itemised billing - it's a chargeable extra and can be applied by calling EE C/S, but is not retrospective.
