I've just given my old Dad an Iphone to use so we can keep in contact more easily and he can start to get a taste of what the 21st century is like for the younger generations. His current Sony Ericsson is almost collectible now and as such has an old SIM card which obviously won't fit in the IPhone. It isn't one of the multi-SIMs either so he will need a new one. Is this as simple as him calling 150 from his phone and asking for one? Or is it a process that can be carried out on the website?
Any help appreciated.

Order a replacement SIM online with the same no., plan & if applicable, credit at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50. Otherwise phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
