Predictive text

Since my last update (Jan 2021) the predictive text on my phone is awful! Takes forever to find the words I'm looking for, will only display words starting with one letter, and even easy, common words don't appear. It takes forever to send messages! 

Anyone else having this problem?!

Hi @amyjane77 

 

You have to try and spell the word before it will bring up the suggestions. The more you use it the more it will learn.

 

Try resetting your predictive text dictionary under your phone settings.

Thanks for your help! It's been working fine forever but now when I try to type the words it just doesn't recognise them, or will only bring up options starting with one letter. 

 

I'll try resetting it now
