Hello, i went outside the UK for work and i forgot to turn on my roaming, and i chose an upgrade and a phone to be delivered to my address and i have received an email to call a number to confirm it, but i cannot call that number because it says outgoing calls barred (my bill is paid to date) how can i confirm to receive the delivery?

Welcome to the EE Community and thank you for upgrading with us.
You can activate your roaming by logging in to your My EE and making sure both Roaming and Calling Abroad are enabled.
These options can be found under account settings.

Katie baby girl, i tried this but it says to send a text to 150 or to call and when i try to do this, the text doesn't get sent or to call 150 it says forwarding calls blocked ...it's a massive pain in the azz, because I'm out of the UK as well
