Received my new phone which had to get replaced the next day as it didn't work .. no paperwork but I have never ever had any pre order confirmation so I can claim the free earbuds and smart tag etc can anyone advise please

Ok I know what is required for it but I don't have any of it as nothing was emailed or even sent with phone
