Hi please can you help me. I have a ee mobile wifi box payg and it's charged but it won't stay on. Tried everything, took battery out restarted it n nothing seems to work. Stays on for about 20 seconds if that then shuts off. Its not battery as lights are blue and been on charge most of the day
