I feel like I need to praise your staff member at the Lakeside branch in Thurrock. Her name is Dunni(pronounced Doony).

Me and my wife popped into the store 2 days before to ask some questions, she answered them very efficiently and told us to come back in and see her when we was ready.

 

We went back in in on the 17th of June as it was our son's 13th birthday and I must say her professionalism and customer service skills were absolutely superb.

She had the ability to engage with all three of us.

 

The highest compliment I can pay her is, if I owned my own company I would employ her myself. 

 

Please please please ensure she gets this praise.
