Plan problem

hey all I reset my Apple Watch to add it to my new phone but now my plans gone? I had unlimited data with the watch but now it says but a add on when try set network up, what should I do?

Do you get an option to add a data plan?

 

Are you getting an error code or message?

Hi no just says a 10gb plan for £7 but I had unlimited on it when it was synced to my old phone, there’s no option for that plan when I try to add data on my phone to my watch.

@Popvinyl25 , are you still within your 24 month contract? If so, I would suggest ringing customer service, they should be able to help sort this out.

 

You know that after 24 months, the plan will be 10Gb for £7.-  per month?
