I requested a port on Friday the 19th from Vodafone.
On Monday the sim went dead, but the port has gone wrong.
My ee sim has signal and shows the logo, but I cannot make or receive calls, text and have no data.
The ee app shows the correct number, but that's where it ends.
I contacted level 2 tech, they couldn't fix it and was told Wednesday I will now have to wait 5 days for back end to fix it.
Basically 8 days without any calls, wish I hadn't done it now.

Our porting team will work with your previous provider to fix this as quickly as possible.
