New SIM card not delivered

I ordered a new SIM card on Sat 13th June.( New handset so needed new size)  It still hasn't arrived in the post. How do I chase this up, please?

@JaneyG24   You’ll need to call customer services about this.   You could book an appointment at your local EE store to get a replacement SIM card. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Tried, unsuccessfully, to get through to customer services, so have now booked an in-store appointment.
