Port number

Hi

I fill out the port number to EE form this afternoon, but not heard anything since, not a text or email confirming it. Is this normal, I want my number ported ASAP. Don't know if I should phone to check they have the information?

Hi @Bluebell66.

 

Welcome to the community.

 

A number port will usually be completed on the next working day, if the request was made before 5pm.

 

If you're concerned and would like someone to look into this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check the progress.
