Since I upgraded my mobile to the Samsung Galaxy A21S, in December 2020, I have had a very poor signal. I have struggled to receive and make calls, and when I do make a call I keep getting cut off, due to the appalling signal in my area. I have tried having my wi fi on for wi fi calling, and this still hasn''t sorted the problem out. I have had no other issues with the phone, such as using the internet, streaming videos and music and can send and receive texts no problem. I only live just over a mile from the nearest mobile phone mast in Lingdale North Yorkshire, so I am not remote. I can get a great signal in the closest town Guisborough. As a result I have had to start using my old Lenovo Moto G6 Play mobile as I have had no problems with the 4G signal with this phone. Has anyone else had this issue with the Samsung A21S?

Hi @rastaman84
There certainly aren't any known issues with this phone. Are you using the 5G variant?

I am not using the 5g phone. It is just the 4g one. It could be the phone not being able to get a good signal. However I have no such issues with my Lenovo Moto G6 Play phone. The 4g signal is fine. The Samsung A21S is the first Samsung phone I have had and it will be my last. Some people on Amazon have also complained about the same issue on the reviews page of this phone.

It must be the phone that cannot pick up a good signal. I am not prepared to call just to report this. You get out on hold for ages and sometimes no one answers. EE has poor customer service. I will continue to use my old phone.
