Hi
i have tried for days to register with Perk for the 5 20% discount codes for me and family. I am awaiting for validation which never arrives. I have checked spam folders and IT dept and have had no blocked emails. I phoned 150 and spent 40mins on phone. Nobody has phoned me back as promised. What is going on? Do these perks actually exist.
can someone from EE please tell me how I can get these codes.

Since my last post I have spent 40mins on the phone to someone who basically said I would get an email - that never came so I gave up.
I cannot create an account or log in - I have asked our IT dept which shows no emails being blocked for me.
This is my last chance with EE - I am due to upgrade - can this get sorted finally so I can benefit as a loyal customer and get the discount promised and now do i go elsewhere?

Did you re-register with your personal or work email address after we reset your Perk account?
