Hi I think I ordered a PlayStation5 this morning never got the confirmation page. But you took the money. Does this mean I’ve got one or not?

So if you get confirmation page and confirmation email .

Does that mean your guaranteed a console ?

Any ideas on delivery time as didnt see anything?.

Have they taken your £10 straight away ?

Same happened to me no email from EE but have just got my Dpd text to book time slot so means it’s confirmed

Well no dpd text however I just phone 150 spoke to a lovely young lady who has given me  my tracking number

That’s step in right direction I remember when I got my phone I didn’t hear anything till the day it was delivered

Hi I ordered my playstation 5 on 14th December I had a confirmation email with a tracking number but I have not had a delivery text and when I put the tracking number in it can't give me any information
