Hi,
I am a SIM only pay monthly customer and i am unable to add the PS5 to my monthly plan. I know someone else is able to add it to their pay monthly plan. Anyone know why I can't?

Heard that they had stopped people using the ATP for such items. Maybe have been down to numerous factors, although on the T&Cs it stated something along the lines of if you had a SIMO for 6+ months you could add the product you wanted. I'd also imagine if you had missed a payment then they'd maybe decline for that reason also.
I know at the turn of this year I tried unsuccessfully to get an XSX and it was down to me missing payments due to unemployment. Got my XSX today though.
