I pre ordered the pixel 3 a month ago today and have not heard anything about a delivery date or received any tracking.
How can I find out when I will receive this device?
All I have received is an 'EE - thanks for your order email'

@Onetwo12 You should of got a message from EE about the device being delayed. Give customer services a call about this.

I would give us a call as @Chris_B has suggested.
Our customer service team will be able to check your order and provide you with your 000 reference number to track your order and get updates.

Update for anyone else in this situation. The order went through but it was cancelled - no good explanation why.
The person I was speaking to was obviously doing everything they could but there is definitely a failing on ee here. He said this has happened to a number of people.
I wasnt told but it was obvious by the questions I was asked that they put me back on the order list. I've been told 7 more days for the phone (64gb pixel 3 black) but that there have been delays so it may be pushed back again. When I was asked what I had ordered he said the wait for the other colours were 28 days.
So if you haven't received tracking or delay rmails/texts, call them. clearly expecting a large company that you are paying a substantial sum of money to every month cannot take care of business without you chasing them up.
