Just ordered a new phone, money has been taken but no confirmation or text from DPD?

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

As soon as you ordered is processed you will be sent the details in an email. This can take up to 24 hours. Be sure to check your junk folder too.

 

When your new phone is is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a text from DPD with the details of the delivery.
