new micro sim delivery for 4GEE router is so slow

My 4GEE WiFi suddently stopped recognising my micro SIM while it was already switched on after a month of working fine. I've tried all diagnostics like resetting the router and cleaning and replacing the SIM but with no success, so I requested a new one to be sent to me. But having been told it would be here by Tuesday latest it's now going to be at least 3-5 working days. I urgently need WiFi to do my work and this is completely unacceptably slow level of service. Why can't EE just send one out within 24 hours? What takes so long? There is a major flaw in your processes if your service in this area is this bad. I am very disappointed having just taken out a 24 month contract, I have serious buyers' remorse now that I didn't go with another provider.

Hi @jacksonmiked,

Welcome to the community 🙂

All of our SIM cards are sent out in the post via Royal Mail and delivery is estimated 3-5 working days.

Alex 🙂

That’s absolutely shocking service. A first class postage stamp would get it there the next day. Meantime I’m paying for no WiFi while falling behind on my work all week waiting for the snail mail. I’m very disappointed in EE. You are ruining my week skimping on postage costs.
